Are you sure it was not just named the Halley Asian Prosperity Fund? It is a comparatively new fund, launched in December 2012 and listed in Luxembourg and denominated in a number of currencies, including GBP, EUR and USD.  Here is the USD version which Eoin has posted in the Chart Library.  I could find nothing under the name of Apepa that was listed by Bloomberg. However, here is a fact sheet for the Adepa Halley Asian Prosperity Fund which appears to be the same as the Bloomberg listing above.
