Eoin Treacy's view

Malaysia – dropped to break the medium-term progression higher reaction lows in October, encountered resistance in the region of the 200-day MA from early November and is now extending the developing downtrend.  While an increasingly oversold condition is now evident, a sustained move above 1800 will be required to question medium-term supply dominance.

Hungary – a rounding characteristic is evident within the three-year range consistent with emerging supply dominance. The Index is currently testing previous support in the region of 16,000 but a clear upward dynamic will be required to signal short covering in this area.

India Nifty 50 – The recent weakness of the Rupee, albeit in anticipation of a rate cut, has weighed on the stock market. The Index is unwinding its overbought condition relative to the 200-day MA and will need to find support in the region of 7750 if the medium-term progression of higher reaction lows is to remain intact.
