Email of the day 2

On the service since we moved late last year

“When David & Eoin moved to the new format I found downloading off the Net of "Fuller Treacy Money" to be particularly difficult.  At that time I simply ignored the service until many of the major bugs were resolved.

“For example at that time searching on Google for Fuller Money only lead you to the many "Financial Times" websites. This is despite all my efforts to avoid FT sites.  I must say "Fuller Treacy Money" is now working well.

“I appreciate the transition to the new service has been a challenge.  But from my perspective most of the problems that have annoyed us all are now behind us.

“Keep up the good service.  What I like about the service is that Eoin and David challenge my thinking.  Complacency is dangerous in investment markets.  It is very easy to get sentimental about any investment.  Therefore the reason for holding any investment has to be constantly re-evaluated.”

David Fuller's view

Thank you so much for this thoughtful email.

Regaining full control of the service and moving it to a new location and website was a matter of considerable urgency, as subscribers now realise.  However, the changeover was regrettably chaotic and frustrating for all of you, and both stressful and costly for us.  Eoin has done an amazing job in reconstructing the Chart Library and with Sarah’s help new improvements occur on a regular basis.  Our goal is to provide a useful service for all subscribers and we thank you for your patience.
