The short answer is no, as the Vietnam Index is not yet quoted on IG Index.  Therefore the only options via a spread-bet are the four funds listed, two of which are ETFs.

I think it would be better to invest in these on an unleveraged basis, if you can, as it would be the clearer route into this frontier market and avoid the headwind of dividends which you would encounter via  a spread-bet.

Interestingly, Vietnam has been through a torrid time in recent years but is now back in favour with specialists in this region such as Mark Mobius.  One of the reasons is that Vietnam got its devaluation in early, in a sequence of steps between 1Q 2008 and 1Q 2011, as you can see from this chart of the Vietnamese Dong per 1 US Dollar.
