David Fuller's view

This morning, I increased my long position in the bombed out German DAX Index by 40 percent.  I paid 10,020, including spread-bet dealing costs, for a December contract.  Sentiment is bearish - too bearish in my opinion - due to the VW scandal, immigration crisis and China weakness.  This total return Index is a recovery candidate and investors are overlooking ongoing QE from the ECB.
