My personal portfolio:
US 30-year Treasury bond short trade increased
David Fuller's view This is a bit risky in the short
term, because there is no conclusive evidence that the trend has changed
and Bernanke could still support the market, should he wish to do so. Nevertheless,
I think the next big move will be downwards for T-Bond
prices (upwards for yields). This afternoon, I shorted the December contract
at 132.31, including spread-bet dealing costs of .04, doubling my small short
position in the process. I may trade this position actively.
I have
a few other trades to report, mainly two additional corn purchases, one of which
I mentioned yesterday. I will try to catch-up on these reports tomorrow or on
Monday.
