Email of the day on setting a default chart period

Hi Eoin, Greetings from Sydney - I love the service. I have a questions re the Chart Library. I have put together 100 or so charts of my personal favourites that I look at regularly. I know how to change one chart from say one year daily to 20 year weekly.... but rather than doing so individually - how do I do this for all them at once. Thanks and warm regards

Thank you for your kind words and greeting from your beautiful city. The Chart Library is set up so that it will remember any changes you make to the default settings and apply them to the next chart you look at.

You can change setting by either selecting one of the Preset templates from the Chart dropdown menu in the upper right or by clicking on Charting and making the changes yourself. These changes can also be saved so that you can create your own customised Preset templates.
If you are regularly looking at more than 100 instruments I would use the View All Charts feature.

This tiles 8 charts on a page for ease of monitoring. In your Favourites you’ll see the View All Charts link at the top of the page. If you have set up sections in your Favourites you can view all the charts in that section by clicking on the bar chart icon to the right of the section title.
Here is a video to flesh out some of these points
