Email of the day on enhancements to the Chart Library.

Is it possible to draw one's own diagonal resistance lines on different charts?

Eoin Treacy's view

Thank you for this suggestion. Our two greatest priorities with the Chart Library this week are to correct issues relating to how it performs in browsers such as Explorer 8, 9, 10 and 11 as well as on Safari via iPad. We are also in constant communication with Bloomberg concerning the incorrect data they are feeding us for currencies and some commodities and hope to have this issue resolved by the end of the week.

In the meantime, a search field has been added to the Other Relative tab within the Charting function to make it easier for you to create charts of anything relative to anything else. We are also working on recreating the relative charts, spreads and overlays, backwardation/contango and interest rate differentials sections. This project has been held up by what have been until today incomplete data sets provided by our previous hosts.

To answer your question, drawing your own lines and labelling charts, then saving those images as jpgs is one of our top three development priorities once the above objectives have been completed.
