One of my few regrets with TCS from 1970 to 2007 was that I never took it to South America. I am sure Eoin would love to do so and he has travelled within the continent. However, South America is a big place and we would almost certainly require a local sponsor to arrange a venue for the 2-day workshop and also contact potential delegates, in addition to some of our subscribers.
