on not receiving the free daily email
"Would you check and make sure my e-mail address is still on the list of people that get sent the daily free fuller money page [as I can't see why I still don't receive it"

Eoin Treacy's view Thank you for this email which may be of interest to others sharing a similar problem. Here is the answer from our subscriptions manager Sarah Harrison:

"It sounds as though there might be a spam filter problem, which can often be the case concerning emails with PDF attachments or in HTML format. Please make sure that the email address [email protected] is on the 'Safe' list of trusted contacts.

"If the emails are not getting picked up on a local level i.e. your spam filter, then it could be being deleted at the server level if your internet service provider has updated their filtering system. In which case, you would need to contact them to let them know that our emails are not spam."
