on commodity tracking funds
"I appear to have had a similar experience to your subscriber who wrote on 19th July with a comment on the discrepancy between the performance of the Deutsche Bank tracker and the JCI Index. My issue is with the ETFS Crude Oil (CRUD) and Crude Oil NYME. I bought the ETF when according to your commentary (and the Chart) Oil was at $40 and now it is nearly $80 I still have as loss of about 10% I am attaching what I hope is the relevant chart although I am in some doubt about the NYME part because the chart indicates a different figure from that on the heading. I am taking it up with the providers of this investment but would be grateful for any comments you may have. Again many thanks for your service."
