David Fuller's view Here is the latest notice for this splendidly non commercial event hosted by Alex Seagle of Fraser Management Associates. The Basin Harbor Club is a great venue for a stimulating and relaxing break from the usual routine. The rooms / cabins are rustic but adequate, and the grounds on beautiful Lake Champlain are spectacular, particularly with Vermont's autumnal foliage and harvest displays.


Exercise enthusiasts can step from the meeting hall onto the golf course; the grounds are also ideal for walks, runs, cycling or snoozing in deck chairs. Kayaking or a dip in chilly Lake Champlain (well, Mrs Fuller did) before breakfast may also appeal. I particularly enjoy the convivial meals where I get to chat with subscribers and other interesting people. Delegates at the Contrary Opinion Forum are at least as interesting and experienced as the speakers.
